Payment

PayPal

Our bidding software runs in tandem with PayPal payment software and is capable of processing your payment for bidding quickly and efficiently using this online means of money transfer. PayPal can process payments from your bank account or credit card, and has an excellent customer and seller protection scheme. With PayPal, you can pay to bid in any form of currency accepted by their service. There are two times that you will be asked to pay: once when you are paying to bid on the item and the other time when you are paying for shipping to you. When paying to bid or checking out for shipping using this method, you will be re-directed to PayPal's website, and return once payment is made. If you do not win or are not winning the auction your account in bidJDM will be credited for the amount in the currency you have paid. You can then use these funds to bid directly on the auctions. If at any time you want a refund to your PayPal account all you have to do is easily apply for it from your account details section of bidJDM. If you apply for your discount within 45 days from when the original payment was made and you do not have any outstanding invoices on your account we will manually send you your refund within 7 days minus a 2% service fee. If you apply for your refund after the 45 day window then we will have to send your refund as a PayPal Payment. The service fee will still be 2% however the PayPal fees for a payment will apply in this case.

Credit Card

You can also fund your bid payment via PayPal using your credit card; you don't even have to be a PayPal member!"  *The credit card payment is subject to all the guarantees of security that PayPal enforces on payments by members

Direct Bank Transfer

This is the most secure method of money transfer available. However there are bank fees involved. The bank fee on our side alone is 2,500 JPY and is therefore recommended only for large scale purchases. Once you make bank transfer please contact us with the amount you have paid , we will credit your account for this amount and you will be able to begin winning auctions. Standard bank transfer turn around times are 5 to 8 days and once the money clears to our account the bank will send us the transfer details via post. If at any time you want a refund to your bank account all you have to do is easily apply for it from your account details section of bidJDM. If you apply for your discount within 45 days from when the original payment was made and you do not have any outstanding invoices on your account we will manually send you your refund within 14 days minus a 2% service fee and bank transfer fees of 6,500 JPY. Please contact us directly for any balances on your account after 45 days.

Feel free to Phone, Email, or Mail us with any problems questions, complaints, or suggestions you may have. We would love to hear from you!

Sincerely,
